Each program combines advanced diagnostic testing with a personalized wellness review to uncover what’s truly driving your hormonal, digestive, or metabolic imbalances.

How is this different from seeing my regular doctor?
Traditional doctors often rely on basic bloodwork that misses key hormonal markers and prescribe quick-fix medications like birth control, antidepressants, or thyroid meds without addressing the underlying cause. What lab tests are included?
We use gold-standard functional tests to provide a complete picture of your health. Depending on your program, this will include:

HormonIQ™: DUTCH Complete Test – A deep dive into hormones, adrenal function, and cortisol patterns.

Who is this program for?
This program is for women who are done guessing and want a clear, science-backed plan to address their hormonal symptoms. Does Part 1 include treatment?
Part 1 of The AlignHer Method™ is dedicated solely to advanced diagnostics and root-cause discovery. Through comprehensive functional testing — including HormonIQ™, DigestIQ™, and MetabolicIQ™ panels — we identify the underlying imbalances driving your symptoms.
There is no treatment phase in this step. Instead, you’ll receive a personalized wellness roadmap with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations based on your results.
Treatment and therapeutic protocols begin in Part 2, where we implement your custom plan with expert guidance, supportive therapies, and ongoing care to help you heal and thrive.
Is this the only testing that will be done?
Yes — the only testing included in Part 1 is the functional lab that comes with the specific program you’re recommended (HormonIQ™, DigestIQ™, or MetabolicIQ™). This phase focuses on gathering the key data we need to uncover your root causes.
Additional testing may be introduced in Part 2, as your personalized treatment plan is developed and refined to address deeper layers of your health.
How long does it take to get my results?
Once your lab samples are collected, it typically takes 3-4 weeks to receive results. After that, we schedule your Initial Wellness Visit to go over your findings in detail and create your personalized action plan.
Will this program require a lot of time and effort?
Healing takes commitment, but we make it manageable and fully tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll receive clear guidance on nutrition, supplements, and daily habits — all paced in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
Keep in mind that Part 1 of The AlignHer Method™ — whether you’re in HormonIQ™, DigestIQ™, or MetabolicIQ™ — focuses on diagnostic testing and clarity. This step is about uncovering what’s driving your symptoms.
The deeper, hands-on treatment begins in Part 2, where we implement your customized plan and support you every step of the way as your body begins to rebalance and heal.
What kind of results can I expect?

How much does it cost? Do you offer payment plans?
The HormonIQ™ DigestIQ™, and MetabolicIQ™ are $1250 each. For Part 1 we do not offer a payment plan.
